These technologies capture CO2 from fully combusted high volume & dilute flue gas streams and can handle large gas stream & CO2 volumes. Therefore, due to the low amount of partial pressure post-combustion process produce high energy and utility.
CCUS technology involves the capture of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from industrial processes, such as steel and cement production, or the burning of fossil fuels in power generation. After that, this can be transported from one place to another or deep underground in geological formations.
